Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, with tags attached and in the original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at um236467@gmail.com. Once your return request is approved, we will provide the return instructions and return address.

Please note that items returned without contacting us first will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective or if you received the wrong product. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Personal care and beauty products
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalised items

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before placing your return request.

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, size or colour, we recommend returning your original item first and placing a new order once your return has been approved.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For customers within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
